4. The Conception Attempt Plan ( recommended not compulsory, fees are non – refundable)
5. All follow-up tests MUST be done within 1-3 weeks of finishing treatment( in the case of a fertility/medical condition) if conception has happened our work is done.
6. All test results ( before treatment and after treatment must be from the same Laboratory or hospital)
7. The “before” test result must not be older than 2 months & in the case of fibroid & Ovarian cysts must not be older than 2 weeks.
